Holographic Kinetics Session
When you arrive, we’ll sit together & talk about the issues (one or two sentences each) you want to look at & I’ll describe more of the process so you know what to expect during your session.
Your Spirit is the eternal part of you that knows the root Cause for everything you are experiencing. Decide on your intention for what you want the overall outcome of your session to be & write down 3 issues that you’d like to shift. If you have more than 3, write them all down & let your Spirit choose the top 3 priority issues during your session. Be ready to state an overall intention for what you want to achieve by having a session.
During the session, you will be lying comfortably, face up on a massage table. The session consists of minimal touch. HK is nothing like hypnotherapy, so you will NOT be in a trance state. You will remain fully aware & conscious during your session with your eyes closed. I will communicate with your Spirit by asking questions to find the Cause of each issue whether it was created in this life, past lives, or has been passed down through the genetic lines. You & your Spirit will make changes necessary to shift your issues by clearing limiting thoughts & beliefs, emotions & reactors locked in at the Spirit level during the moments in time when your issues were first created.
You are responsible for your thoughts, words, actions & deeds. It is up to you to make the most of your sessions by continuing to do the inner work after your session & make choices in line with your intentions & the things you wish to change. You must actively participate in your own healing. Change requires your aligned action.
**Do not schedule any other healing modalities leading up to & for 2 weeks after your session as to not interfere with the changes you & your Spirit make.
Plan for up to 2 hours for your session.
